These terms cover your use of the Best Exam Apps website and any app published by Cyber Phoenix LTD under that name. By downloading or using an app, you accept them.

What you are buying

A licence to use the app for your own study. The licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell it, share your unlock, or copy the question bank, explanations or any other content out of the app for distribution.

Subscriptions and payment

• Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us, and is charged to the store account you buy with.
• A monthly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy an unlock during the trial.
• You manage and cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings, not in the app.
• A lifetime unlock is a one-off purchase with no renewal. "Lifetime" means the supported lifetime of that app, not a guarantee of perpetual service.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by whichever store you bought through, under that store's policy. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase made through Apple or Google. If something is genuinely wrong with the app, email us and we will help you make the case.

No guarantee of a pass

These are study tools. They are not the exam, they are not affiliated with any certifying body, and using one does not guarantee that you will pass. Any predicted score shown in an app is an estimate based on your answers, not a prediction of your official result.

Accuracy of content

We write and check every question against the source material for the current exam window, and we correct errors quickly when they are reported. Standards and exam blueprints change. You remain responsible for confirming what your own exam covers. If you think an answer is wrong, tell us at support@bestexamapps.com and we will check it.

Independence and trademarks

Our apps are independent study tools. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any certifying body, standards organisation or professional institute. Names of exams, standards and organisations are used only to describe what an app helps you prepare for, and all trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to extract, scrape or bulk copy content from an app.
• Do not reverse engineer an app except where the law expressly allows it.
• Do not use an app in a way that breaks the law or the rules of your certifying body.

Liability

We provide the apps as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam failure, lost income or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Ending the licence

You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you breach these terms. We may also withdraw an app from sale, in which case existing purchases continue to work on devices where the app is already installed for as long as the platform supports it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
